It's on the block for the crank journal codes, and on the crank webbing is the rod codes. You look at your codes then on the fsm it tells you what bearings to get for your code. Get those and the next two larger sizes of bearings. I would plastigauge the bearing clearance before ordering new ones so you know exactly what you need.

Rod bearings are cheap and I think you can replace them by just removing the oil pan
I'm not ripping on you just for future people who find the thread
It's typically a bad idea to try and do it through the oil pan. you don't get to check proper clearances, you dont know if any damage to the crank was done.
its easier to do it the right way the first time
I do it all the time. It makes for a very happy customer.

i am thinking of doing this as i feel 55psi in vtec is too low and not knowing the history of my engine has me concerned though everything inside looks good compression is good. cams have a bit more play than the stock motor. it was very clean but detonated to death by previous owner. can cam towers be swapped between heads? and does a supercharger and external oil cooler give substantial pressure drop? i have seen 5psi drop on older smallblock chevy's we used to run in stock cars and when we where putting paxtons on 5.0 mustangs in the early 90's there was some pressure drop. i have not had the chance to see what oil pressure a worn in stock f22c makes at 230 degrees on oil temps none of the na guys around here run gauges. i never see more than 75 psi cold or reving

All 10 cam caps must remain together as a set. They can be moved to any head as a set. The 10 piece matched set does not need to stay with it's original head.
