Default Rocker arm

so I was installing my cams back in my car and the two centers screws didn't wanted to go in... I looked with a light and somehow the tube where the stuff is attached rotated... I did fix 1 with a small screwdriver but the other one is a no no situation... anyway to fix this?

huh? mines are good.. I just dont want to take everything apart again... im just asking if i can fix it without taking it apart
