Default Robbins Top Question

Years ago i bought a Robbins top and never used the rear section with a plastic window. will this piece work on an OEM top as well as Robbins, or is it specific to Robbins only?

this is the piece in question, and thanks for any info!

Kinda off topic but I'm in the market for a robbins top and I saw that rain rails aren't included. Is this something that we need? I believe my current ones leak water.

Why would you install a top and not use the window? OEM '00-'01 windows were highly susceptible to hazing. That said I don't think it fits. Never tried it but configuration of the lap is different if I recall. The rain rail is made of very durable plastic. Most leakage issues are root caused back to leaves/be rid clogging the exits. Flush the rain rail when it's out of the car and run a wire down the two side "funnels" the rain rails drain into. Most likely the clog is in the funnel, not the rain rail.
