my rick's passenger side marker leaks, when it came in the mail the plastic wasn't even attached to the base

Sounds like you tried pushing them in the wrong direction... but it looks like you got it fixed.

atleast you got it in. I was wondering if it mattered which one went to right and left. I thought maybe you had them switched.

I thought of that as well before I even tried putting them on, but I don't think it matters as the mounting brackets looked identical on each one.

same thing happened to me...but it was when i was taking it off that the plastic came off the base.

contacted ricks2k and they are sending me a new set.

A+++ customer service!
