Default reset ecm now no turn signals

ok i reset my ecm by pulling the third fuse on the right side under the dash, now my turn signals do not work. Hazard lights don't even work. They do light up when i hit my alarm but they won't when i hit any of the switches. Anyone ever have this problem??

They work for me even without the fuse. It is the radio and AC memory that doesn't work when the fuse is gone.
