Default replacing vtec solenoid

I'm having a slight issue trying to get some things installed back onto the head. There are two parts that I had to take off in order to get my manifold and turbo back on. Thes are the two small units that are located right beside each other.

I'm having issues with the one with the spring mounted shaft. I can't seem to get it back onto the head! How am I supposed to get that thing back on.

The spring mounted shaft is your timing chain tensioner. it need to be put back together for it to go in. search for TCT and it will show you how it's supposed to look once it's together.
