So are you going to write it up?
A few weeks ago I accidentally caught third instead of fifth. Good thing I was short shifting; datalogger said max RPM was 9760. I have since visually inspected the valves and done about 150 track miles, but it certainly made me think about replacing the keepers. A writeup would be appreciated....

I used Supertech valve spring seats, double springs and ti retainers.

If you choose to do the double springs you'll need to pull out the valve guide seals to replace the spring seats, but they come out w/ a pair of plyers and you'll need new ones from honda (they're cheap). The helms shows you how to get them off but just pull them straight off and push them back on.
Then again if you're not gonna do cams or change rpm you can just use the stock springs and replace the retainers w/ Ti ones.

Another trick that makes this easier is instead of compressed air into the plug hole, just run a length of rope down the hole and hand crank the engine over until it jams everything up against the head.
And keep the shiny side up.
