Default Replacing my 07 s2000 engine with a 2004 Help

My beautiful 07 s2000 decided to destroy itself after 112k miles . I've always maintained it with great religion but a valve has bent , the bearing are spun and the oil pump died all in the same hr.vi have been looking for a engine and finally found a sweet deal on a 2004 with 34k in perfect conditions. I know I have to replace a couple rof things so that it works appropriately in my vehicle. What exactly do I have to replace? I appreciate any input you can give me . I will be buying the motor tommorow. Btw I'm paying 1500 for the engine. Good deal right ? if anybody is in the miami area and would love to help I will provide all the beer necessary for this adventure.

You will need to use your intake and dbw throttle body of course.

You will also need to pull the front timing cover and change the trigger wheel for the crank sensor.

You can use the 2004 cylinder head, but you will need to get a block off plate for the air pump valve.

I think You need to swap

Valve cover
Intake manifold/throttle body
Tdc sensor/wheel
Crank sensor/wheel

You also need to fill in the air pump holes on the 04 head on the exhaust manifold side. What you can do is tap the hole(s) and then use some machine screws.
