Default Replacing engine harness, need help one connection

The loop on my engine harness (pictured below) causes a misfire. If you move it around, you can get it to run correctly/misfire. I have been researching but there's no DIYs on replacing an engine harness. I have a basic diagram from Majestic Honda. There is one connection that branches off the main grouping behind the engine and drops down a couple inches. I can barely wedge my finger behind the engine and firewall to get my finger on it. Does anyone have a tip for this one? Can you leave the old one, cut it, and splice it to the new harness?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks. Any ideas on hot to remove the bolt/nut without yanking the engine? Honda seems to be logical in most things, but yanking an engine to replace one ground for a harness seems beyond stupid. There has to be a trick...

That's the replacement harness that's going in. And I feel like this is the hardest part, and I don't get this was necessary. They couldn't have grounded this anywhere else? Literally, anywhere else. Sorry, venting. Thanks for the pic, it gives me a better idea of what I'm up against. I have small hands and will keep trying. In the meantime if anyone else comes up with a solution, please post up.
