Replacing Engine Harness

Replacing Engine Harness
Hello, I'm going to change the engine harness on my AP1 with he engine on the car, does anyone know - are there any tips / tricks?
Previous owner had it unichipped and some wires were cut, and I suspect maybe some other wires are wonky.
I got another harness that I'm going to test first and install later.
Any help would be appreciated, even more-so if you have any pictures.

I would not pull the engine to do this install.
I'll be honest, its a PITA.. There's not a lot of room to work. Time and patience is all I suggest. Maybe do it on the weekend where you can work for an hour, take a break and go back. Be careful when removing the plug from the knock sensor, they're super brittle and usually crack.

Thanks, was planning to do it in a weekend, just waiting for the garage to clear up. Gonna do it with the engine on.
Yes, the knock sensor is what I'm afraid, wonder where the harness is going to go to get to it, as it's under the intake manifold. Maybe I'll take off the IACV and have enough room.
I have the service manual, but I didn't see the engine harness replacement procedure, only the engine replacement.
I gave the "new" harness a clean, this weekend I'm gonna check every connection and mark it, and add another layer of electrical tape. Wires and connections seem in good condition, it also has the factory clips.
Hopefully next week the garage is free and weather is nice enough to start working on it. Got a patient mechanic that's gonna help me.
