Default Replacing Clutch DIY

Hello there s2ki members!
I decided to make a new topic so i could get more help, I have a MY 2006 AP2 and im doing the DIY clutch replacement, dropping the trans was easy but im having problem putting the transmission back in place, i bought the clutch kit from majestic honda all OEM parts, flywheel, pressureplate, clutch, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and all bolts.

i have used the special tool to line up the clutch to the pilot bearing, dowel pins are clean and seated all the way, no damage on the input shaft, no matter how a twist push, lower the subframe tilt the trans still wont go in.

I have done this twice with my AP1 back then and i never had problem like this, so this is my 3rd time doing it, please kindly help me to find out the possible problem thank you .

Suggestion, since you've tried everything else, remove clutch, see if trans will mate to block. Idea is to determine if issue is clutch or something else.

The gap you have there is very small so I'm sure the input shaft is already through the clutch disc. I would just bolt the transmission in and have the bolt pull the transmission if from there. Make sure you pull the transmission in evenly.

this is actually the last thing i did, unfortunately the trans bolt were loss thread so i had to removed the trans again and fix the thread, i have been wiggle it for 4 days now and still wont go in, the gap is pretty small and im thinking maybe the shaft is not line up to the pilot bearing.
