Replacing Brake Rotors

Replacing Brake Rotors
My ABS engages early (or at least much earlier than it used to be) under moderate-heavy braking.
I think it has to do with the "grooved" front brake rotors.
So, I ordered a new set of front brake rotors and plan to install them this weekend.
Has anyone replace the front rotors themselves? How?
Any special tool and care needed?
Thanks for sharing your experience....

There have been good threads in the past. Make sure you have an impact driver and I think it is #3 phillips to do it correctly. Several have screwed the screws so to say and ended up having to drill them out. Make sure you torque everything when you put it back together.

Hi Asin, I still running OEM pads and rotor, and have only 9000km on it. After I fitted a new set of suspension last week, my ABS comes on all the time maybe we have the same problem

Thanks for the feedback...you are right, I can't turn the screws without impact driver.
I do not have impact driver. I went to Sears and found out that it cost $149 and $199 for the air compressor. I think I am just going to take it to the dealer for this work (next week or some other time).
whtdc2, My rotors are 12,000 miles including 5 tracks events (1000 miles) and I am using R4S pads.
I will post if there is any improvement with new rotors.
