Default Replace Slave, Will not disengage?

I polished my slave cylinder push rod and reinstalled it. The clutch will not disengage sometimes it seems. It lurches forward sometimes when going to any gear from neutral. Weird part is if it lurches forward and I push the pedal in and go to neutral back to first it will not lurch.

This is really pronounced if the car moves a foot in first and then the clutch is disengage it feels like the its still dragging unless I engage then disengage the clutch and put it back into gear and it will stopped. Its so bad its shocking the drive train.

I thought I screwed up the slave cylinder after polishing it so I replaced it but unfortunately that was not the case. I also replaced the master a few months ago due to a leak. I believe I have properly bled the system using the 2 person and gravity method. The shifter fork seems fine and stays in place. There is some play in it but I do not know how its supposed to feel honestly. It does not wobble in place. I have also tried adjusting the CMC for play and adjusted it out enough so the rod does not shake but not applying pressure to the cylinder.

I did not have any problems before initially removing the slave cylinder for polish. I couldn't find the exact symptoms on search. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I do have a ACT HD/pressure plate and OEM flywheel. I drove it on my block and no problems rolling besides needing to shift at specific points. I will try to bleed again tomorrow but pedal already feels normal.

2 person? Gravity?

Use a 1 person bleeder made from a bottle and a vaccum hose. The 2 person method sucks.

You may need to adjust your pedal freeplay. Less freeplay means more active stroke. Try lessening the pedal freeplay.

How does the tranny's input shaft look? You may have damage on the clutch disc splines.
