So would this translate into 4.8% increase in HP and TQ? (ie. 10-12 HP at crank?)

I put 4.11 gears into a '67 Mustang that came with 3.xx gears. I loved what it did on the drag strip but I couldn't stand it on the highway.

What would be the engine rpm at 60mph for these final drives respectively?
