Argh... this might be bad....

Heating it up would not be an option as it might damage the intake itself and or melt the carbon?

Drill it out would be another option but I'll probably drop by to one of my mechanic to see what he says.

I am actually talking about the bolt that secures filter cover so if I can't take this out then I wouldn't be able to clean the filter or disassemble the intake.

i used blue thread lock on mine plenty of times just as the directions stated and they came out fine .... so i hope you did not use red it says medium in the directions ... good luck homie
