Default removing the sensor from the cat

sorry if this is already somewhere, I'm kind of in a pinch.
I'm in the middle of installing my J's 70RR (thanks Ken!), and I can't get the sensor out of the cat...
does it screw out?
does it pull out?
any and all suggestions would be appreciated...

you have admin function on your own threads and can lock them yourself. Lower right hand corner under moderation options.

no. mods don't close! don't close!
I have another issue.
Will I regret it if I remove that little cross-member that's right in front of the differential?

but thanks hondafied for the info!

hypothetically, if I get the crossmember off and don't put it back, will it be totally devastating?
b/c I can't get the oem exhaust out without taking it off, but I don't think I can get it off w/o breaking the bolts...

that piece imho needs to go back on. it is the rear lower tie bar. if you break the bolts drill them out and get new ones

I swapped my exhaust a bunch of times lately and finally snapped 1 of the bolts there (had some salt corrosion), a quick run with one of the good bolts to a mechanic or home improvement store will get you replacements.
