Default Removing crank damper pulley

I'm currently in the middle of installing my vortech supercharger and I have everything done except removing the damper pulley and mounting the thing. Honda wants to charge me a ton of money for the tool and local Auto Zone doesn't have the tool for me to borrow. I don't have a problem ordering the the tool from matco, but my car is in my neighbors garage and he is parking his corvette outside while my car is in his garage so I want to get it done within a matter of days not a week. So my question is would any part stores have something for me to rent out (what would I ask for), or are there any other tricks or ways for me to get the damper off. I've already gone at it with an impact and put the car in 6th and stood on the brakes (clutch must be slipping).

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!
