Removing '04 front bumper
I'm trying to remove front bumper for intake work on my '04. After taking all nessary bolts, it appears somekind of hook still holding the bumper. Anyone know what these hooks look like and can you give me advise as to removing bumper from these hooks 
? I don't want to force to take the bumper off as I may damage these hooks......
Advise and pictures please?
