Default Relocated fuse box... Need help!

So I've relocated the fuse box inside the passenger fender and ran the harness along the top on the fender. Everything went fine for a few weeks now and yesterday I was driving home and noticed that I started losing power in the dash. I made it home and parked the car, then took a look at my fuse box and noticed that my tires had rubbed some wires. So I soldered the ones that broke but still no power to anything. I checked all the fuses and some were blown so I replaced them and still no luck. Not sure what the issue could be but I wanna say something may have shorted out. Any suggestions?
