Ive heard you can wrap the exhaust in header wrap and it works.

When I added an intake my drone went down also.

Sure you don't have a leak or something? What RPM's are you cruising at that you have this drone? I have the same exhaust and it doesn't drone at all, a little bit decelerating from 4-3000 but if I am cruising there really isn't any drone

maybe its a leak... doesnt sound like any exhaust leak ive ever heard tho. I ordered new gaskets and they're on their way because the gaskets i got with it were pretty beaten up. or maybe I dont have a clear concept of what "drone" actually sounds like, but I just know that any time you give it any throttle it gets really damn loud and deep in the cab to the point my ear drums hurt

with the stock exhaust I used to cruise around 3-4k, but with the sparrow, to keep the noise down i try to keep it around 2-3k, that seems to be the quietest range. low rpms (below 5k) are very loud and deep, but at wide open throttle, once in vtec, the drone goes away and its a very clean exhaust sound, much quieter from inside the cab than it is at low rpms. is this an indicator of a leak?

I tried the exhaust wrap and could not tell any difference with or without it. Extending the exhaust tip 3 inches made a noticeable difference, but looks a little odd.

While I certainly get the humor in your comment, I think there's still good reason to justify this exhaust.
1st, I believe it adds much more than 5hp. Most dyno tests show 10-12.
About 15-20 lbs of dynamat is needed, not 40.
The exhaust weighs much less than the stock one.
And as for profit, the stock one certianly doesn't sound anything like this:

All this being said, the exhaust certainly has some drone. The last clip in the video posted above demonstrates some of that decel drone. Just from an acoustic standpoint, under acceleration, I honestly think it sounds good enough to put up with the drone drawback.

I just put on a used T1R EM 70 also and took it out for a spin. It was hella loud just like you described! I wanted to see if the new gaskets fixed your problem? Or anything else? Only reason I ask is that I do not have a gasket after the cat so I do have a leak there. I hope that will quiet it down a lot.

*edit* Don't know if it makes a differnece much but mine is a single
