i never heard of the sludge, that's kinda interesting

I put water wetter into my coolant on my saleen as it tended to overheat in traffic and by the time i changed out the coolant it looked perfectly fine. How long does it take to turn to sludge? I had it in there for a while....

Radio...correct.

This was a brand new SC install. I used straight type II blue.

The customer removed some, and added water wetter.

It turned to brown sludge and packed half the cooler fins with it.

As always, I will never re-type what I've seen around UTH. This is what I saw with my own eyes.

it depends on the coolant used in your Saleen. again, the Honda Blue and Audi/VW pink stuff will sludge up rather quickly.

some people say if you feed it into the system very slowly with the motor running and the coolant flowing it won't sludge, but i am not going to risk it in my car.
