Have been reading the threads on the best oil to use, but still cannot come to a conclusion.

WHat will be the better oil to use in a hot humid climate, given that I will be tracking the car very often. I loves smooth buttery feel when I shift, and will not hesitate to change oil the very often.

Looking at Redline MTL. MT-90 or even the shockproof heavyduty. my driving style can be considered rough (had thrashed a final drive while on the track on semi slicks) hence something to protect the diff will be good.
