Default Recommended run in time?

Hi all.

My car's been in at the dealership getting some work on it. New master clutch cylinder, new 1st and 2nd gear syncros, new clutch bearings, and new clutch plate.

What I was wondering is, how many km's (or miles) should I allow to run these in? During this time should I avoid Vtec?

Thanks in advance

Why? He doesn't need to break the engine in again. Just warm it up before you drive it hard.

I would think that since it is the drivetrain and not the engine vtecing would be OK. However, I would be gentle with the shifting and clutch engagement. Let all the parts get seated well, before speed shifting trying to get 2nd to squal. 500 miles sounds good. My 2 cents.
