rebuilding my head , have a few questions

Default rebuilding my head , have a few questions

im rebuilding my head and theres 2 small dowl pins in addition to 8 bigger ones , i know where the bigger ones came from but cant figure out where to put the other 2 small ones , i looked on majestic honda and it looks like you cant buy them new without buying a brand new head

any one know where the 2 small pins go ?
any one know where you can buy replacments ?

Each 3pc rocker arm assy contains 1 long hollow pin, and 1 short solid pin.

Check all 8 assemblies, and you’ll find which ones have missing vtec rocker pins.

is a person screwed if they lose any of these or is there a way to replace them with out dropping $2500 on a new assembly ?

You can buy the rockers individually. I'd look for used ones to save money.
