REBUILDING MY F20C

REBUILDING MY F20C
I'm currently rebuilding my engine as it was damaged thanks to my brother who apparently over pushed the car with low oil, the result was damaged bearings, crankshaft (might be able to grind it, not sure though), connecting rods, pistons and cylinder liners (the whole rotating assembly).
I need your help guys in choosing aftermarket parts that will improve both performance and reliability/durability WITHOUT increasing the displacement or increasing the compression beyond 12.0:1, keeping it naturally aspirated for street/track use.
I have been told to consider lightweight performance engine internals which will help with the performance. Honda OEM parts are not cheap hence aftermarket performance parts makes sense. Please keep in mind that my budget for the full list above is maximum $ 4000.
If Honda OEM is the way to go for any of the above parts, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

For like $3k you can get a brand new motor from Honda. All assmebled, mount your head, your sensors, etc, go.
Faster, cheaper, easier, more reliable, less risk than a $4k rebuild.

Can't happen. There will be nothing that is more reliable than a new OEM block. There have been many motors that have been rebuilt by reputable local engine builders only to fail a few thousand later. The only way I would ever trust a rebuild is if it was sent to a reputable S2000 builder like CNC for their stroker kit or whatever they thought best given the condition of your stuff.
Guys have 300k on these things with hundreds of track days and no issues. As long as you don't run them low on oil your good.

I can't understand why would I need a new block, the current one was not damaged at all. Also, how come aftermarket performance internal parts are not reliable enough? I'm talking about the reputable brands like Brian Crower, Wiseco and Toda. I will use a new OEM crank and the engine will be built by an experienced guy who have been working on Hondas for at least two decades. Plus,he built racing engines that proved to be very reliable and have great power, whether for drag racing or sprint track races.
if the above would still lead me to a problem with my engine, please let me know. Appreciate your feedback.

Check out our stroker kit. We designed it for situations like yours. As long as your pistons and cylinder walls aren't damaged then its a perfect fit.

unfortunately I can't increase the capacity of the engine to anything above 2000CC.
