Its worth measuring what the compression on your build actually is. Use a burette to CC the head and block and get out a calculator. as the pistons have a dome you will need to wind the engine so they are down the bore a known amount and compensate your calculations for that.

Safest to get it back to mid to high 11's.

Do you have anything to tune the car with?

If you can tune the car the pistons will be fine as is, if not then you can mill the tops off, keep the crown at least 0.100" thick.

Piston to wall w/these pistons should be around 0.001-0.0015"

If you look on the bottom of the piston there is a forging number. If i remember correctly they use 86p79 for the s2000 pistons. I have a set of 6cc pistons here, if your has the same number then you can mill the domes down to get them where you want.
