The axle nut TSB can't fix a bad wheel bearing, it will only prevent further damage. Ideally you want to install fresh hubs and bearings and then do the TSB. Factory 180ft lbs + ~60 degrees is about 400ft lbs.
I've had good experience with Ebay hubs and OEM wheel bearings, which are also Ebay bearings.

Idk if there's an alibabba equivalent to this package.

The front hubs are different than the rear hubs, but the wheel bearings are the same. That said you can use rear hubs in the front, but you can't use front hubs in the rear because the rear hubs can take both front and rear wheels, but the front hubs can't take rear wheels since the studs are different.

Then I realized how stupid I am and failed to realize the rear hubs have a hole for the axle shafts and the front hubs don't. And the fronts have a stub hub for the front axle nut.

You still have to press out the old hubs though. Then how would you support the inner bearing while you're pressing the hub/bearing combo into the knuckle?
