Rear Wheel Bearing Hub Noise WENT Away
before i had this annoyin loud noise , and diagnoised it to be my right rear wheel hub bearing.. i ddnt have the money to fix it right away so i kept driving like that for about a few weeks.
after some rain and cold days i drove my car and noticed it ddnt make the noise anymore. I kept driving and for about 1-2 weeks now the noise is still not there anymore.. i can not even notice the sound at all,
is it because the bearing probably got heated so much its siezed now? or is my car a miracle and got fixed randomly hahaha ( not likely )
and is it ok for me to keep driving like this? or should i get it fixed asap since now i have the money to fix it.

If your wheel bearing seized your wheel would not rotate and you would be immobile.
Did you shake the wheel... was it loose? Do you hear any clunks now... any gravel sounding noises? The squeal could have just been a rock in between your rotor and rotor shield (happened to me once).

It means your problem is intermittent.
It will come back to haunt you if you don't rectify ASAP.

if your car is fairly high in mileage, go ahead and put a new one in. they aren't that expensive, it isn't very difficult, and at worst, you're out $160 or so and a few hours, and at best, you've kept from tearing up your car further

There's a chance it could come back and completely destroy itself, causing you to crash the car, with you ending up in a different sort of bush than you'd want to be in.
I'm know i'm exaggerating, I wouldn't take the chance though, but the choice is yours.
