Found the problem-- the top coil of the rear springs were rubbing. Zip tie'd the tops and bottoms and noise went away

Basically just place a zip tie on the very top and bottom of your springs where the the two coils almost touch each other. Let me know if that explanation makes sense to you.

Just tightened the perch by hand. Little or no preload
