Just picked up an 04, when turning in my driveway (its at enough of a incline i have to come at it at a angle) I get a clunk or two from the rear right, checked spare tire, looked underneath and no crakcs in boot, I am assuming it's LSD but from previous owner history it has never been tracked (an older guy had it as his weekend car) and I never hear the noise going more htne 5 mph. Not sure If I should just live with it or look at getting it replaced. (btw, 04 with 50k on the clock)

I don't know what to tell you. I'm pretty sure it is related to the LSD however, I did own a TR4 with LSD that had a clunk at very slow parking lot speeds when turning and learned to ignore it. Never had any problems.

Could be the LSD. If it is I don't know what to tell you. I lived with a TR4 for years with the clunk and no problems. I assumed it was from normal wear and quickly learned to live with it.
I do not believe it is the LSD as I just replaced it with a lower mileage one and still makes the same clunking sound thus the clunking does not relate to the LSD.
However, I am living with it.

As the speed increases during spirited left turns, the continuous clunking gets louder and faster.
