Thanks for the tips... I would not have found the bead and bolt sequence pictures since the are in the 'head' part of the manual and not indexed but someone else asked the question here so the page number was posted in the past.

Removing the pan it looks to me I probably used too much of the wrong sealant and maybe over torqued the bolts in whatever sequence.
