XVIPER said silicone spray.

I've used silicone grease (found at dive shops) and I believe I've used anti-sieze on graphite impregnated polyurethane

im only 145lbs

Please don't let this squeak ruin your appetite. Eat some pasta, you'll feel better.

This is a very strange question. "Printed words" is not like something spoken. You can perhaps not hear the spoken word or not remember the spoken word, but the printed word is there for you to go back and read as many times as you need to.

OK, that makes more sense - just the wording was a little weird.

No, don't use WD-40. It is not a rubber treatment. In fact, WD-40 is a cleaning agent and a short term lubricant/pentrant. Not only is it flammable, it disappears very quickly after it leaves the can. You need "rubber friendly" silicone spray so that it can actually stay and treat the rubber and the springs.

Of course you can. Just make sure it's not a long lasting exercise and you don't mind if your ass catches on fire.

excellent...

I bought some silicone spray today...went out to the shop....drove on the highway (the shop is a bit of a ways away) and by the time I get to the shop the squeaking is gone!!! I waited like an hour to drive it and still the sound was gone..

so anyways we put the car on the lift....get it up..and spray the shit out of the bushings and springs..and retorque the bolts...

driving home...fine fine fine..highway fine....and get close to home and (resedentail area) and the in noise was back gawwwddd

It's not a good idea to torque suspension nuts and bolts while the car is up on a hoist, unless it's one where the car sits on its tires while being lifted. These things should be torqued while the suspension is "loaded" with the car's weight on the wheels.
