Default Rear end noise. CV Joints?

So this is not my video but I found it today it sounds exactly like my issue. I have a spare set of rear axles that I want to install but want to make sure that is the issue. Car is lowered on neuspeed springs. Does anybody know if this sounds like a CV joint issue.

The sound seem speed dependant, a loud 'growling' sound like on the vid is similar to my DD (pontiac vibe) when a rear wheel bearing was shot. Got lower/slower during decel and louder/faster on accel.

I might also add the sound did not exsist until maybe 15-20 mph, cant tell how fast he was on the vid but as he slowed down you can tell the sound was matching with speed

wheel bearing=my .2$ thankfully havent had that sound on my S. Hope it helps somewhat!

I'm dealing with driveaxle issues. An axle issue usually shows only when you apply power, and it goes away during coasting. I'm with the others on that bearing diagnosis.

That is a wheel bearing. I just had the same problem and had it fixed. You are going to need a new hub as well if it has gotten to that point of loudness. While they have one side apart you might as well have them swap the inner CV cups and grease the axle splines.... which is what i did. CAR FEELS LIKE A MILLION BUCKS

P.m. if you need more info

I believe it was the wheel bearing. Swapped out the whole knuckle. Thanks
