Rear Differential Fluid Question

i was not a able to find a auto store that had the amsoil le1605 in stock, so i picked up the mobil 1 75w90. upon opening the drain plug came the horrible, wretched, lingering stinch of death. looked like black candy paint with some glitter in it and had my hands smelling like hot rotten garbage all day! Next time i am going to get a friend to spin off the drain plug =p

LE1605 is made by Lubrication Engineers not Amsoil. And you wont find it at the parts store. It's a straight 90w GL-5 like Honda recommends, not a multi weight. Burnt diff lube is about the worst smelling thing most folks will come in contact with. You never forget the smell
