they retorqued to 180 pounds and insist that is correct for an 2004. the sound is still there. They insist it's normal per brake pads shift.

1 unstake the nut
2 remove the nut
3 grease the flat face of the nut, a lil WD40 on the threads if you like
4 replace nut, torque to 220
5 re-stake the nut
6 tell the dealer thanks for nothing

Just for the record, I have gained nut position on 2006 s2k's.
This is a one shot deal for all s2k's.
This way you don't have to become a victim like we see in UTH every week,
"clicking/creaking/scraping noise from rear"
