If you track the car again, you will just melt the dust seals again. If this was a one-time adventure, then do the replacement. If not, just run without the dust seals. I've done this for years, as do most of the other track addicts.

I'm still going back and forth with the dealership over it since they said and recorded that the car needs all 4 calipers to be replaced which is totally uncalled for for a few dust boots and 2 days on the track. (I don't want it to be a problem in the future if I decide to sell/trade the car and they look it up and see the work was never done).
I appreciate the input about the boots though.
