Thumbs up Rear caliper bracket and knuckle bolts

I'm going over the work done on my car from my accident. I pulled the caliper and rotor off the rear. Now, I have replaced rotors on my car and have pulled the calipers and brackets off to paint them. What I don't remember is there being a teflon-type sleeve in the holes that line up caliper bracket to knuckle.

Can anyone confirm? My suspicion is that they cross-threaded the knuckle and tried to repair it. Two different bolts have been used to secure the bracket to the knuckle. Funny thing is that they wouldn't change out the passenger front track pads. Additionally (un)funny is that I can't get the caliper off the front... even using vise grips. Makes me think they screwed up putting them on and figured it out. Now to save the cost of replacing the front, they refused to finish their work.

Thanks,
Skip

There are no sleeves used to mount the calipers to the knuckles.

I can confirm that... pulled the driver's side one off.

I'll be paying a visit to the shop come Monday. Both caliper brackets will be in hand.

No sleeves.

Is this the same shop you seats were stolen from?

Sadly, yes. The paint and body part is good as usual, but I will NEVER, EVER let them touch my car from a mechanical standpoint again.
