I found it... there are two screws in the fender well... here is a pic of where they are located... and where the "snaps" are located. Plus there are "clips" located in the trunk and underneath the middle of the bumper. I hope this helps.

I think I should add a Disclaimer to the above picture...

The picture above represents an '00-'03 S2k... I have no idea if this is the same as an '04
