Default Rear Axle Torque

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I'm not sure if my rear axle has been re-torqued by the previous owner. I never asked when I bought it in October 2012. When I see the ones that hasn't been re-torqued, they only have one stake from factory. Mine has two. Does that mean mine has been re-torqued already since it has two stakes? Please help.

Looks that way... but that seems to be almost 90 degrees past factory setting. You can always redo it but if you got no clicking i would probably leave it...

It looks fine to me. If it was my car I'd leave it alone.

Honestly I would redo it. Wouldn't trust previous owner unless they were a close personal friend.

Well if you are not having any issues then leave it alone.
