2004
67k miles
tein s tech.
oem rims and sizes.
ive had the springs on for about 8k miles now.
my alignment can only be adjusted to -2.1 camber in the rear due to ptuning telling me i have seized bolts. but another shop telling me it cant be adjusted.
every time i take off and shift or sometimes when i brake i hear a pop from my rear. its only gotten worse over the past 2k miles. no vibrations what so ever. it first started happening only when i reversed and then again when i moves forward slowly. now its all the time in any direction
i already backed off my axle nuts and retorqued them to 220, didnt fix the problom
help!!

Not 250...220.
But if you've already done that, you may need to grease the axle splines. Give that a shot. And it'll give you another chance to retorque to 220ft-lb. Don't forget to put a dab of grease on the back of the nut that rests against the hub.

Just a moly grease is fine. You'll need to pop the lower ball joint...so you'd need a tool for that. Try not to use a pickle fork...you run the risk of damaging the rubber boot which will mean replacing the ball joint at some point.
