Re-Torque Head

If the head is un-torqued properly, there is 0 chance of head warp.

Just reverse order (from the outside in) and not all at once..... Anything else?

was the head taken off before? there could be a possibility it wasn't torqued properly previously? in that case it would be a lot less work to check the torque on them. this is a ballpark figure is based on when i checked the torque on my head bolts which were at 105 ft/lbs, but you could check to see your bolts are all at at least 100 ft/lb.
