I'm probably going to pick up a berk 70mm hfc soon since my cat busted off my o2 sensor.
Till then, I'll have to live with the rattle.

If you buy a used OEM cat, as I did, it might just break again, as mine did.
My Berk test pipe doesn't stink at all.
An OEM direct fit rear O2 sensor is less than $40.

Its not Honda, its Federal - 80k mi and 8 years on cats, lifetime on seatbelts. A Honda dealership will do the work under warranty in either case - I've had my S in for both.
interesting...so youre saying if i ever have issues with my seatbelts, honda has to fix it? i feel like the dealership would fight me on this

I really don't want to deal with the dealership as I don't trust any of them not to abuse the car. I do have 3 holes in the soft top so I guess I might as well try and go in and get everything fixed.
