rattling cat?

rattling cat?
I installed a high flow cat recently, and found that I have a pretty bad rattle from 1500-3000 RPMs, and then at WOT.
The thing is, at cold start or warming up, there is no rattle whatsoever, but when the car is warmed up, the rattling starts. I can definitely hear it through the center console, and it it right around where the cat is. Weird thing is, I put it on a lift and retorqued the bolts/nuts after the cat was hot (thought it might be heat expansion?), and didn't hear a rattle, but 5 minutes into driving, it was back. Any ideas?

Ok so you say it does Not rattle from 3 - 8k RPM? are you sure its the cat? 100%?? did it rattle before the cat at all? is it possible you dropped something into the cat upon installation? like a nut or washer?
