If its a rattle, as someone else mentioned check the nut/screw thing that holds down your spare tire. Axle nuts tend to tick not rattle.
Thanks so much for all of the input, I think I've found the problem, and I'm a little pink in the face, it seems that the least invasive and most obvious think that I've over looked is torquing down the spare tire. I just took a quick spin around the block and my S is quiet again.

The true test will be on the ride to work in the morning.

Now if only I could get my state exam results from FDLE I would really sleep well tonight.
