Default rattle coming from soft top frame.

I've been dealing with this issue for some time now and think it's from a rivet that is stuck inside one of the soft top rails when I installed modifry straps.

I always hear it rattling from the passenger side of the car. I noticed that the first frame bar that the straps connect to have rubber caps on the end of them. So I removed them and took the car on a drive to try and get the rivet to slide out the frame holes on the ends. After that I've concluded its from the second frame bar the modify straps connect to(bar closest to rear of the car) but, the frame rails don't have rubber caps that can be removed. I was going to try the same method of trying to take sharp turns to slide the rivet out. Not su're how to approach this now. I may try drilling a hole or use a strong magnet to grab and move it out the existing rivet hole.

Any one experience and have a solution to this?

the punch rivet or rivets broke off and its letting it fly around the rail. pull off the end caps and blow hard or get the leaf blower goin haha
