I have an 04 with 60k on the clock. Car runs perfectly, but when the car is between 3-4,000 rpms, I get a rattle that sounds like a bolt is loose. I recently put on an FIPK, test pipe and header. I double checked all bolts and everything is tight including sensors. It rattles when in gear and when in neutral, but seems to go away after 4k rpms. Thanks for the help!

maybe the different angles of the new pipes you installed are rubbing on something and 3-4K is the sweet spot.. when you checked for loose bots did it look like any of your new pipng came close to touching the body/other item ?

yea, i've been looking everywhere! It definitely is not consistent throughout the entire rpm range, and the car pulls hard....thanks for any input

rattle, sounds like vibration. have you checked heatshields and other stuff?

What testpipe did you use? my t1r testpipe with heatshield used to rattle like a mofo at those rpms.
