I would do a valve adjustment first. Take note of the current clearance for each valve. They should be relatively similar to each other. Make sure spark plugs are not loose, and fuel injectors are connected properly.

Did you ever have an over rev on this motor?

It looks like similar symptoms to when my motor dropped a valve... Caused catastrophic damage. Don't drive the car until you find out exactly whats wrong with it.

Billman and wadzii have both given you your first steps. They are both pros.

I do a lot of reading on this forum and most, if not all of the recent "multiple cyl misfire threads" have turned out to be 1 cylinder with low compression... I.e. loose spark plug, scored cyl wall, etc. And I've also read a few cases where valves out of spec or cracked retainers have been the culprit of multiple misfires at idle.

do a valve adjustment had the same problem, did a valve adjustment and the codes have not come back on
