Ran over multi-ball hitch
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone could tell me if this is something I should be worried about.
Dark and raining, didn't see the black painted multi ball trailer hitch lost in the road until it was too late to do anything but straddle it.
Pic of offender, but the one I hit had black balls (heh):
Damage:
The car drives exactly the same as it did before. Steering wheel dead straight.
Is this something I should be worried about? Should I replace the cross member?
Thanks in advance.

your lucky it hit those spots, it might have cracked the oil pan if it was a few inches the other way. I don't think the dent on the lower bar will affect the stiffness of the bar, but if you happen to find a cheap used one someday you might want to replace it so it doesn't look dented.

I know I'm lucky it wasn't worse. It sounded and felt awful! The front two arrows I'm not worried about as it is the jack point but what is the proper name for the cross brace? Trying to look it up online to buy one.

Got the proper name. Engine Mounting Stiffener.
If I take the name as purpose, there should be no reason I couldn't just leave it alone, but I'll probably replace since it's a relatively cheap part. Have to consult the Helms Manual to see if removing it is as simple as unbolting, replacing or does something need to be braced as I remove it.
