I really like the low profile 11 degree race ramps but Lordy they are expensive! Do the higher ramps like 17 degree work on a stock height S2K? Any recommendations/feedback is appreciated!

Whatever you use, be sure to measure from ground to your pinch welds in the back, as the rear ramps will need to fit under there. I believe on a stock S2k that is about 4.5 - 4.75 inches (but measure yours to be sure) so that is the tallest ramp you can use if putting all 4 corners on ramps.

I have race ramps, but just the shorty ones for helping get a jack under the car (mine is lowered about an inch).

I have some angle cut 4X6s that I can drive up on to help get a little more room for ramps and jacks.
