So i got an 07 s2000 like 2 weeks ago and i noticed it leaking consistently in the P/S foot well when it rains.
I'm out of warranty by a month (yeah I suck)
So I searched on here and tried the AC lien, it's not from the AC line, it appears to be coming from the blower fan itself, through the "nipple" of the fan assembly in the foot well. There is a piece of plastic on the "nipple" that comes down into almost the shape of a 3 dimensional letter "L"; water seems to be seeping from through the connection where the 2 plastic pieces are joined.
I remember seeing somewhere that you could use liquid gasket or silicone seal to get a better seal, but wanted to confer with the internet before I did anything.
I'll be taking/posting pics tomorrow but prior I figured I'd try to get a feel for what I'm up against.

I would not seal up the 'L' tube on the bottom, it will just fill that up, and the fan motor , and then...? Probably take out the fan motor.
Have you replaced your AC air filter? Might want to pull the cover on it, and see if water is getting in through there. Maybe pull more of the plate on the cowl off than you normally would for the filter and make sure another seal there is not cracked or broken.
